The main goals of the realized activities of partner organizations - NGO Resource Centres were the promotion of pluralism, evaluation of democracy and democratic structures as well as observance and protection of human rights, which is the basis of a modern civil society.

The following results were achieved through the activities implemented by the members of the Development Network of Civil Society Resource Centres: promotion of the role of non-governmental organizations and the media in the local community and broader society development, building public awareness of the importance of observance of basic human rights, acquainting civil society actors with problems of socially vulnerable groups in Serbia, highlighting the role of NGO sectors in fighting corruption,  emphasizing the role of non-governmental organizations in the topical issue of unemployment in Serbia, highlighting the role of NGOs within the problems of the young and building awareness of addictions and sexual education, providing quick training for civil sector representatives in the domains such as public relations, project writing and strategic planning.
